THE EXPLANATION ABOUT THE OPERATION, THE PERFORMANCE, THE QUALITY OF THE UNIT AND THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WAS EXPLAINED AND DETAILED IN EVERY ASPECT AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE. We had several estimates--besides being the lowest estimate and having no complaints at Texas licensing site or BBB, Enrique was the best in showing options and we appreciated his care in wearing shoe-covers when entering our house. After finishing we are very happy with the furnace installation in the attic--it is a great improvement over the arrangement of the old York that was replaced. The EZ crew was professional and courteous and worked long hours to complete the job in one day when it initially looked like it would take two days. Enrique Zuniga personally supervised the installation and was very responsive in handling a few important issues after the initial installation was complete.
